Privacy

This page explains what happens to the details and photos you send through this website. [Have this reviewed before publishing – it’s a starting draft, not legal advice.]

What I collect

When you send an enquiry: your name, email, phone (if given) and message. When you take part in A Body of Stories: your name or alias, email, how you’d like to appear, your story and any photos you choose to send.

How it’s used

Only to reply to you and, for A Body of Stories, to prepare your story with you. Nothing is published without your approval, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.

Where it’s stored

Submissions are stored privately with Cloudflare and are only accessible to me. Photos are never placed on a public page unless you approve them.

Removing your information

Email rohan@silentshutter.com.au and I’ll delete your details and photos within [7 days]. Published stories are taken down within [7 days] of your request.

Session photos

Photos from paid sessions are delivered privately to you and are only ever shown on this website or social media with your written consent.
